I recently ordered some walking boots on the site. Two days later my parcel arrived, however to my disappointment I had received (in error) a pair of ladies wellingtons. I contacted the company by phone & my call was answered by Daisy. Firstly it was fantastic to speak straight to a person & not have to press 1,2,3 etc. I explained what had happened and within a few hours arrangements were in place to collect the wrong order from my house and my missing order to be honoured & despatched the same day. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, the price and service was fantastic. And I also again wish to thank Daisy for her amazing customer service and kindness

Ordered a snugpak torrent jacket. Received in fastest time ever to Northern Ireland. Updated courier information extremely accurately and got a time slot to the minute. Jacket is superb and customer service is top class. Will be ordering from them again. By the way very competitive price into the bargain!

Ordered boots for Xmas present in November but was unable to give gift until about 10 days ago when it was discovered that they were too small. I emailed explaining situation and got a very quick response advising me to return and decide whether I wanted an exchange or refund. As alternative size was unavailable I chose a different style which was slightly cheaper and have been advised these are on their way and I have been refunded the difference. The customer service from this company has been excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from OutdoorGB

Appalling! Sent 3 emails concerning a hoody that did not fit and no response. Apparently not taking calls only emails. Beware before you purchase from this company

I’ve given an average score. There was no problem with the initial order but I had to return one item as it was too large. I returned that item and asked for a replacement with a smaller size. I’ve heard nothing since then almost 2 weeks after the item was returned.
